Our shipping policy could not be easier. Just remember two things:

No matter where you live in the world and what you order. Shipping is free for now and it will always be.

YOU WILL BE WEARING IT IN 3 WEEKS

Unlike other custom made jacket companies we ship within 10 working days, and it takes 3-4 working days to get to the destination. No matter what, you’ll get it within three weeks of ordering.

What are the shipping charges?

We ship anywhere in the world and it’s absolutely free.

Where do you ship?

We ship globally except Russia. Mr.Putin doesn’t like us much.

What postal company do you use?

MONT5 ships its products the fastest way possible.

We use DHL for America and DEPEX for Europe. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you can keep track of your parcel.

What’s the status of my order? How do I track it?

We’ll keep you in loop during the entire process via step-by-step notification-emails about your order’s status.

As soon as your jacket is shipped we will email you the tracking number of our courier (DHL, Dpex) and you can track your order on their website. If you still are facing issues send us an email at orders@mont5.com

How do I change my shipping address?

Send us an email at orders@mont5.com within 7 working days of purchase. After seven days the item is shipped to your given address. MONT5 is not responsible for wrong shipping after the time period. If the shipment is returned to MONT5 the customer will have to pay second time shipping fee.

Do I have to pay Customs and Duties?

Customs and import duties might apply once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are beyond our control and we’re unable to determine the cost as import duties vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office before ordering, as these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Where is my order?

If three weeks have passed and you haven’t got your jacket please contact us through our web form or send us an email at support@mont5.com

Please make sure that you have provided us with the right shipping address. We will not accept responsibility for orders lost in transit or shipped to a wrong address.
